Qualifications requises : Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans le développement de propositions, la gestion de subventions, la conception de projets ou la collecte de fonds.
Présentation du poste
Compétences techniques : Capacité avérée à rédiger des propositions narratives convaincantes pour des donateurs institutionnels, multilatéraux ou des fondations. Maîtrise des mécanismes de financement et du contexte local. La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un atout souhaitable. Compétences personnelles : Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, gestion du temps et capacité à travailler sous pression. Sens aigu du détail, flexibilité, adaptabilité et fortes capacités de réseautage et de communication.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, avec une expérience démontrée dans la coordination de propositions majeures. Une expérience dans les ONG ou le secteur associatif est fortement recommandée. Instructions
