Stagiaire achats, moyens generaux et support administratif. Reference : 001/STG/CCIFM/26. Type de contrat : stage de 3 mois.
[MISSIONS]
- Participer aux consultations et recherches de fournisseurs
- Collecter et comparer les devis et offres fournisseurs
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et des livraisons
- Participer a la gestion des stocks, fournitures et equipements
- Contribuer au suivi des prestataires et interventions
- Classer et archiver les documents administratifs et financiers
- Mettre a jour les tableaux de suivi et apporter un appui administratif aux services

- Formation en gestion, achats, commerce, administration, logistique, finance ou comptabilite
- Bonne maitrise de Microsoft Office et des outils bureautiques
- Rigueur, organisation et capacite a gerer les priorites

- Bon esprit d'equipe, sens du service et respect de la confidentialite
