- 3 agents call center / service client
- 1 responsable service client
[MISSIONS — AGENT SERVICE CLIENT]
- Répondre aux appels et aux messages des clients avec bienveillance et professionnalisme
- Renseigner et accompagner les clients avant et après leurs achats
- Assurer le suivi des commandes, des livraisons et des réclamations
- Trouver rapidement des solutions aux difficultés rencontrées
- Garantir une excellente expérience client et représenter l'image de la marque
[MISSIONS — RESPONSABLE SERVICE CLIENT]
- Mettre en place des procédures efficaces de traitement des demandes
- Encadrer et organiser l'équipe du service client
- Suivre la qualité et les délais de réponse
- Gérer les situations sensibles et les réclamations complexes
- Analyser les problèmes récurrents et proposer des solutions
- Faire remonter à la direction les informations importantes des clients

- Patient(e), organisé(e), réactif(ve), courtois(e), capable de garder son calme face à un client mécontent
- Une expérience en service client, call center, e-commerce ou retail sera particulièrement appréciée
