Head of Agency (M/F)

Job description The objective is to implement the commercial policy of the bank and ensure sound and profitable management of the Portfolio. MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead and manage the agency’s team to ensure quality service and achieve objectives
• Develop and optimize the GNP and profitability of its agency
• Build customer loyalty and recruit new customers
• Take care of customer requests
• Advise clients and prospects on banking products and services
• Promote and sell products and services
• Implement with the support of the hierarchy all types of commercial actions that can increase the performance of the Agency
• Oversee the update of account opening files
• Ensure a good holding of the portfolio
• Ensure instructions and renewal of funding files
• Monitoring the clearance of expired bonds
• Supervise and control all the activities of the agency;
• Permanently monitor the internal accounts of the agency;
• Watch over the agency’s heritage;

Other information

• Take over any other tasks from the hierarchy;

Education / Qualifications

• Respond to compliance information requests and on time.
• Monitor action plans and implement recommendations from oversight functions.
• Ensuring Islamic Compliance
• Approximation and monitoring of irregulars;
• Controls of ATM orders, money transfers and cash registers;
• Validation of account opening files
• Analysis of internal accounts
• Day-to-day counting of accounting records;
• Ensure the follow-up and processing of complaints;
• Reconciliation of ATMs
• Assembly of files / Processing of forcings ...
• Validation of seizures in the PERFOMANENCE INDICATORS systems

Candidate profile

Required training and experience:

• Bac + 5 in Banking Finance Insurance, Islamic Finance, Banking Risk Management in Business School or University, Banking Professional Training Center (CFPB)

Responsibilities

• Minimum 8 years of experience including 5 years in a position of responsibility in the banking sector. Technical Skills:
