Qualifications requises :
- Licence ou Master en gestion, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
Formation / Diplômes
- Un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou commerce est fortement préféré
- Certification d’expert-comptable (CPA, ACA ou ACCA ou équivalent international) est un atout majeur Compétences techniques :
- Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables, des techniques et des lois fiscales locales
- Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité, des bases de données et de la suite MS Office
Expérience
- Expérience avec un système de planification des ressources d’entreprise (ERP) comme Workday
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais (parlé, lu et écrit) Compétences personnelles :
- Engagement profond envers la santé et les droits sexuels et reproductifs, en particulier l’accès à l’avortement et à la contraception
- Capacité démontrée à assurer une bonne gestion des fonds, planification du travail, budgétisation et résolution de problèmes basée sur les données
- Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et analyse
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements où le respect de délais multiples est essentiel Expérience demandée :
- 6 à 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle progressive dans un poste similaire
- Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 10% du temps sur le plan national Instructions
