Gérer et renforcer les politiques, procédures, contrôles et processus ERP liés aux stocks. Effectuer des inventaires mensuels et cycliques, puis rapprocher les stocks physiques avec les soldes ERP. Enquêter et résoudre les écarts et variations d'inventaire. Suivre les transactions de stock, notamment les transferts, achats, ventes, retours et ajustements. Superviser la vérification des marchandises reçues par rapport aux factures fournisseurs et aux bons de réception (GRN). Surveiller le vieillissement des stocks et recommander les actions appropriées. Assurer l'enregistrement et la comptabilisation précis de la production quotidienne. Coordonner avec les équipes d'entrepôt pour minimiser les pertes, dommages, casses et obsolescences.

Contribuer à la clôture financière mensuelle des stocks et aux exigences d'audit externe. Superviser et encadrer les assistants comptables d'inventaire. Exigences minimales : diplôme de licence en comptabilité ou domaine connexe, niveau CPA intermédiaire ou supérieur, au moins 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle des stocks dans un environnement de fabrication, solide compréhension des contrôles d'inventaire et des opérations d'entrepôt.

Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de la suite MS Office ; expérience avec les systèmes ERP. Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes. Grande attention aux détails et capacité à travailler sous pression.
