Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in FMCG sales, possess exceptional customer service capabilities, and exhibit a strong commitment to fostering business expansion. To drive sales growth, you will actively market and distribute the company’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to both current and prospective clients, fostering long-term business relationships while expanding market reach. Perform daily route sales operations while maintaining optimal market penetration and coverage. Foster and sustain robust partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and strategic accounts to drive mutual growth and collaboration. To successfully meet designated sales goals and enhance product market presence, the individual will drive performance and expand brand recognition. Proactively seek out new business prospects and strategically broaden the existing customer network. Create concise, detailed reports on sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
