Social & Behavior Change Specialist (P-3)

Localisation : Gestion de projets et de programmes
Responsabilités clés :
Soutien technique et mise en œuvre de programmes ; renforcement des capacités et gestion des connaissances ; préparation et réponse aux situations d'urgence ; développement de partenariats et coordination ; suivi, rapport et apprentissage ; innovation et génération de preuves ; contribution aux initiatives mondiales en matière d'eau, d'assainissement et d'hygiène (WASH) et de santé publique.

Formation : Master ou diplôme équivalent (diplôme universitaire avancé) en santé publique, sciences sociales et comportementales, communication, épidémiologie ou domaine connexe.
Expérience professionnelle : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience progressive dans la programmation SBC (changement social et comportemental) ou RCCE (communication des risques et engagement communautaire) en situation d'urgence, avec un accent sur WASH.

Capacité à interpréter des données qualitatives et quantitatives et à fournir des recommandations RCCE fondées sur les données ; compréhension des contextes socio-politiques et capacité à s'engager efficacement avec les bureaux de pays, les gouvernements, les partenaires et les communautés sur la RCCE ; solides compétences en rédaction et en présentation pour traduire les données sociales et comportementales en informations exploitables ; solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à collaborer avec les équipes internes, les homologues gouvernementaux et les partenaires communautaires ; capacité à concevoir et à dispenser des formations et des sessions d'orientation pour des parties prenantes non techniques ; capacité à gérer les priorités, à respecter les délais et à coordonner plusieurs flux de travail.
Exigences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l'anglais requise.
Atouts souhaitables :
Connaissance d'une autre langue officielle des Nations Unies (arabe, chinois, français, russe ou espagnol) ou d'une langue locale ; expérience dans la conception de mécanismes de retour d'information et l'utilisation de données comportementales en situation d'urgence ; expérience pertinente au niveau national, en particulier dans les contextes de développement, de fragilité et humanitaires.
