Health & Safety Supervisor To contribute to our team by upholding a secure, compliant, and healthy workplace for all employees. Key Responsibilities Ensure the development and execution of workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures are carried out effectively. Regular workplace assessments must be conducted to systematically evaluate conditions and pinpoint any potential dangers or safety concerns. Maintain adherence to all relevant Health & Safety regulations as well as the company’s established standards. Deliver comprehensive safety inductions, facilitate engaging toolbox talks, and provide thorough employee safety training sessions. Conduct thorough examinations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences, followed by the formulation of actionable recommendations for corrective measures. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols by overseeing the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout operations. Ensure meticulous maintenance of Health & Safety documentation and generate all necessary reports as required. Collaborate on emergency preparedness planning, conduct thorough risk assessments, and lead safety enhancement initiatives to proactively mitigate hazards and strengthen organizational resilience. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Candidates should ideally hold experience in Health & Safety or a comparable industrial setting. Revised Version: A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Occupational Safety & Health is required. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and adept problem-solving capabilities are essential. Proficient in performing comprehensive risk assessments and meticulous safety inspections. Proven capability to thrive in a high-pressure, industrial work setting while maintaining efficiency and productivity.
