This role involves a six-month probationary period, during which you will report directly to the IT Lead or Channel Lead. The position includes budget-related responsibilities, requiring you to manage allocated financial resources effectively. While there are no direct reports to oversee, your primary focus will be on monitoring and maintaining the security infrastructure. The CCTV Operator’s primary responsibility involves the surveillance and management of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and associated equipment to safeguard the organization’s facilities, property, employees, and guests. The operator must promptly escalate any irregular activities, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the designated authorities while ensuring meticulous documentation of all observed events. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
