Objectif global
Développer le réseau d'agents Zamtel Money et améliorer la productivité des agents dans le territoire assigné. Le rôle consiste à recruter et activer des agents de qualité, à mener des visites de terrain structurées, à réactiver les agents dormants, à soutenir la disponibilité des flottants en espèces et électroniques, à faire respecter les normes de marque et de service, et à fournir des informations de marché et des rapports de performance en temps utile. Le rôle transforme l'acquisition d'agents en volumes de transactions durables, en un meilleur accès pour les clients et en une augmentation des revenus.

Qualifications minimales
Certificat ou diplôme en vente, marketing, administration des affaires, banque et finance, commerce, TIC, ingénierie, finance ou sciences.
Enregistrement professionnel

Expérience minimale
Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience pertinente en vente sur le terrain, distribution, monnaie mobile, télécommunications, biens de consommation courante (FMCG), banque, fintech ou un environnement connexe.
