Elzéar MidEast Africa recrute un Responsable Matériel Moteur pour son réseau de logistique portuaire et ferroviaire au Cameroun. Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Matériel, vous serez garant(e) de la disponibilité et de la fiabilité du matériel moteur, en adéquation avec les besoins de l’exploitation, dans le respect des règles de sécurité et du budget alloué.

- Assurer la disponibilité et la fiabilité du matériel moteur
- Manager une équipe de 6 personnes
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et du budget**
**
- Diplôme d’ingénieur (BAC+5) en électromécanique, mécanique, électricité ou génie industriel
- Expérience de 10 ans minimum en tant que Superviseur d’Atelier, avec une bonne maîtrise des concepts et processus de maintenance, notamment du matériel moteur
- Connaissance de la Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO)
- Rigueur, disponibilité et bonnes capacités de communicationLocalisation : Cameroun
