Restaurant Manager – Downtown Grill Nigeria
Nous recherchons un Restaurant Manager expérimenté, proactif et axé sur les résultats pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes de notre restaurant de plats à emporter et diriger notre équipe dans la fourniture d'un service client exceptionnel.
Expérience
Niveau d'entrée, avec une expérience minimale de 2 ans. Maîtrise de l'anglais requise. Temps plein, horaires de 8h à 17h.

Responsabilités :
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant. Gérer et encadrer le personnel de salle et de cuisine. Assurer un excellent service client et résoudre rapidement les réclamations des clients. Contrôler la qualité des aliments, l'hygiène et la conformité aux normes opérationnelles. Gérer les plannings, la présence et les performances du personnel. Suivre les stocks, coordonner le réapprovisionnement et minimiser le gaspillage. Suivre les ventes quotidiennes, préparer des rapports opérationnels et veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs. Assurer un traitement fluide des commandes et un service ponctuel.
Exigences :
Un HND minimum dans toute discipline (gestion hôtelière ou domaine connexe est un avantage). Avoir terminé le programme NYSC obligatoire. Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'un restaurant, café, QSR ou entreprise de restauration similaire.
Solides compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes. Bonne connaissance des opérations de restauration, de la gestion des stocks et du service client. Doit résider à Yaba.
Lieu : Yaba, Lagos et Lagos Island (Eko)
Rémunération : NGN 150 000 par mois

Horaire de travail :
Période de formation/intégration (premier mois) : Lundi-samedi : 9h00-20h00. Dimanche : 12h00-18h00. Un jour de congé entre lundi et samedi chaque semaine. Les dimanches fonctionnent en rotation : un dimanche travaillé, un dimanche de repos.
Après l'intégration (système de quarts) : Après un mois d'intégration, les employés retenus passeront à un système de quarts : quart du matin : 7h30-15h00, et quart de l'après-midi : 13h30-20h00.
