Description de l'offre Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines expérimenté(e), capable d’accompagner la croissance de notre structure et de piloter la fonction RH. Missions principales : • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH de l’entreprise • Gérer le processus de recrutement (de l’expression du besoin à l’intégration) • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, dossiers, conformité) • Superviser la paie et le suivi des obligations sociales • Mettre en place des outils de gestion des performances et des compétences • Accompagner les managers dans la gestion des équipes • Veiller au respect du droit du travail et des procédures internes • Développer la culture d’entreprise et le climat social Profil recherché : • Bac +4 / Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou équivalent • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction RH au sein d’une structure privée • Bonne maîtrise du droit du travail • Expérience confirmée en gestion des ressources humaines (recrutement, administration, relations sociales) • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et relationnelles • Sens de la confidentialité et leadership Disponibilité : Immédiate //
