This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma, a professional certificate, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing trainees in specific courses or units, adhering to the respective curriculum and occupational standards. Key duties include planning, conducting, and assessing practicals; developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and lecture notes; preparing and validating internal exams; carrying out continuous assessments; supervising and assessing trainees; marking, grading, and entering grades into the ERP system; and supervising trainees during industrial attachment.
Additionally, the trainer will prepare trainees for external exams by providing practical technical skills for effective competency acquisition, maintain appropriate records as required by the directorate and TVET CDACC or any other relevant body, adhere to exam preparation and processing schedules, attend all assigned class
