Axcess Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Liaison Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, Public Health, Biochemistry, or a related field.

In this role, you will help drive communication, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach within the pharmacy sector. Your responsibilities will include managing communication, PR, and brand consistency; executing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth; fostering community and stakeholder engagement; organizing health talks, outreach, and awareness campaigns; implementing digital and social media initiatives; and tracking performance, KPIs, and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with Community Health Promoters or County Focal Health Promoters is preferred. Digital marketing and social media experience is required, and experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or FMCG sectors is an advantage. A PR/Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
