Standard Bank recherche un Customer Service Agent (intitulé industriel : Analyst), rattaché au Team Leader Customer Service, au sein de la fonction Corporate Banking et de la famille d'emploi Relationship Management. Le titulaire du poste assurera un service de première ligne de haute qualité et traitera les opérations de caisse et de chèques des clients de Standard Bank.
Qualifications requises : Grade 12 (qualification minimale requise).
Expérience : 3 à 4 années d'expérience, dont 2 à 3 ans d'expérience bancaire en agence avec une exposition au service client. Fonction : Corporate Banking ; famille d'emploi : Relationship Management.
Compétences techniques :
Heart of Customer Experience : traiter le client avec respect et dignité, de manière personnelle, positive et amicale (niveau SEASONED).
Mind of Customer Experience : éduquer le client et améliorer l'expérience client.
Attitude of Customer : représenter les valeurs de la banque et montrer la passion du service client (niveau SEASONED).
Client Servicing : répondre aux exigences, requêtes et plaintes des clients et consigner les commandes dans le système (niveau SEASONED).
Deposit processing / Withdrawal Processing : exécuter les processus de dépôt et de retrait, détecter les problèmes de fraude ou de blanchiment d'argent (niveau PROFICIENT).
