BlooSat recrute un(e) Directeur Technique.

Formation / Diplômes : Bac+4 ou Bac+5 (Diplôme d'Ingénieur) en Réseaux et télécommunications, Informatique ou Génie électrique.
Expérience : 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire ou en tant que Directeur Technique VSAT; Expérience confirmée chez un opérateur de télécoms ou un FAI, idéalement dans le secteur satellitaire.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des technologies VSAT, des bandes de fréquences (notamment la bande Ka HTS) et des architectures de stations terriennes; Connaissance approfondie du routage IP, de la sécurité des réseaux et des infrastructures de télécommunication; Maîtrise des environnements de développement logiciel pour la gestion des outils d'infrastructure internes; Capacité à interfacer l'infrastructure locale avec de grands partenaires mondiaux.

** : Leadership: Encadrement, coordination et montée en compétences des équipes d'ingénieurs et de techniciens de support terrain; Gestion de projet: Pilotage de projets d'envergure; Orientation client: Coordination de la résolution des incidents complexes pour garantir un niveau de service optimal.
