You will serve as a core systems executive in our records control with proficiency in database oversight to boost daily work speed and reduce operational costs and security risks. The ideal applicant will be able to articulate backup & recovery, system knowledge and retaining a clear history of company files.
Experience: Internship & Graduate. No Experience/Less than 1 year.
Language Requirement: English.
Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of data entry and capture entries from systems handled. Observes rules and procedures for data sharing. Assists with reports and data extraction when needed. Ensures digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data loss. Preserve electronic and hard copies of all data collected in a well-organised and logical structure. Perform routine data backups. Understand and ensure data privacy and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of an HND in computer science or any relevant field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills:
Organisational and task prioritisation skills. Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication. Must be target-driven and Detail-oriented. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
