The International Rescue Committee (IRC), in partnership with Sesame Workshop, is implementing the "Ahlan Simsim" program to provide early learning and nurturing care to children and caregivers affected by conflict and displacement across the Middle East. Our goal is to create inclusive environments where all children, regardless of their background, can reach their full potential, especially in communities that have experienced the brunt of the conflict.
Job Overview:
The Early Childhood Development Program Incentive Worker will work under the direct supervision of the Early Childhood Development Program Officer-HSK. He will be responsible for disseminating and implementing the program’s service and awareness messages and sessions provided by the Early Childhood Development Program, in addition to working on introducing the program’s service, introducing local communities to it, linking them to the service, and assisting the program’s staff in achieving work requirements.

The ECD incentive worker is expected to undertake the following tasks:
Facilitating links between IRC staff, key community leaders, representatives of the target population, and other relevant stakeholders.
