Dans le cadre du renforcement de son réseau, le FOCEP recrute un(e) Chef d’Agence pour l’une de ses agences situées dans la Région de l’Ouest.
Poste : Chef d’Agence
Lieu d’affectation : Bafoussam (Région de l'Ouest, Cameroun)
Domaine d'activité : Microfinance / Banque
Formation : Formation supérieure en Banque, Finance, Microfinance, Gestion ou domaine connexe.
Expérience : Expérience professionnelle dans le secteur bancaire ou de la microfinance, idéalement à un poste d’encadrement.
Compétences clés : Bonne maîtrise du développement commercial ; Gestion rigoureuse d’un portefeuille clients ; Maîtrise des techniques de recouvrement.
Qualités requises : Leadership, rigueur, dynamisme, sens commercial et orientation résultats.
