Dans le cadre du programme de numérisation accélérée de l’administration togolaise, le responsable de la gestion du changement et de la formation sera chargé de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de gestion du changement organisationnel (GCO) et de formation des utilisateurs finaux pour toutes les solutions numériques déployées par l’Agence Togo Digital.
Formation : Master (BAC+5) en sciences de l’éducation, conception pédagogique, ressources humaines, psychologie organisationnelle, sciences sociales, communication d’entreprise, gestion des systèmes informatiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
