People and Culture Business Partner

Oxfam International is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking People & Culture Business Partner to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) function.

The PCW function provides thought leadership and strategic guidance across Human Resources, organisational culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and employee wellbeing, while also providing high-quality operational support across the Confederation, OIS, countries and regions.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders and key stakeholders across OIS to provide trusted, practical and proactive people solutions. You will play a key role in translating organisational priorities into effective people strategies and ensuring our people are supported to thrive and perform at their best.
