Localisation
Objet: Consultant(e) Spécialiste en Travaux à Haute Intensité de Main-d’œuvre (THIMO) Type de Contrat: CDD de 12 mois (renouvelable annuellement)
Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire de niveau minimum Bac+5 en génie civil, travaux publics, routes, infrastructures rurales, hydraulique routière ou discipline connexe pertinente.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Expérience professionnelle générale d’au moins 10 ans dans la préparation, supervision, coordination ou contrôle de travaux d’infrastructures de BTP. Expérience spécifique d’au moins 5 ans en coordination de chantiers dispersés en provinces ou milieux ruraux. Expérience en études ou contrôle d’au moins 5 marchés de travaux de construction d’infrastructures communautaires. Connaissance des procédures de passation des marchés de travaux. Maîtrise des logiciels courants (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compétences personnelles : Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, capacité de coordination, excellentes compétences en communication et négociation. Expérience demandée : Expérience minimale de 3 ans en études ou contrôle de travaux de BTP en RDC dont au moins 1 an en milieu rural. Expérience dans le Kongo Central et connaissance du kikongo, lingala ou langues locales sont des atouts. Instructions
