ONEM recherche un Auditeur Interne Assistant à Kinshasa
Localisation
Objet: Recrutement de trois Auditeurs Internes Assistants dans le cadre du renforcement du dispositif de gouvernance, de maîtrise des risques et de contrôle interne de l’Office National de l’Emploi (ONEM), sous la supervision du Chef de Mission d’Audit Interne et du Directeur de l’Audit Interne. Type de Contrat:
Formation / Diplômes
Formation : Licence en sciences de gestion, économie, finance, comptabilité, audit ou équivalent (minimum).
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en audit interne, en entreprise ou en cabinet ; expérience dans la réalisation de tests d’audit, la documentation des travaux et la rédaction de constats.

Compétences techniques : Connaissances solides en gouvernance, gestion des risques et contrôle interne ; bonne compréhension des Normes IPPF 2024 ; capacité à analyser des données, identifier des anomalies et formuler des constats pertinents ; maîtrise des outils informatisés d’audit interne (obligatoire) ; bonne capacité de rédaction et de synthèse. Compétences personnelles : Intégrité, objectivité et sens de la confidentialité ; rigueur, esprit critique et sens du détail ; capacité d’apprentissage rapide et volonté de progresser ; esprit d’équipe, sens de la collaboration et bonne communication ; capacité à travailler sous supervision tout en faisant preuve d’autonomie. Adhésion professionnelle : Être membre de l’IIA (exigé) ; possibilité d’obtenir les certifications professionnelles (CIA, CRMA, IAP) ou en avoir, un atout important. Instructions
