Nous recherchons un Chef Cuisinier (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste implique la création et la préparation de plats, la supervision de la cuisine, la gestion des stocks et la garantie de l’hygiène dans un environnement dynamique de restauration et d'hôtellerie. Missions : Créer et préparer des plats en respectant les standards de qualité et de présentation. Superviser l'ensemble des opérations en cuisine pour assurer un service fluide et efficace. Gérer les stocks et passer les commandes pour maintenir un inventaire optimal. Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
