Brain-Booster est un accélérateur d'entreprises qui accompagne les organisations dans leur transformation et leur croissance : communication, marketing, digital, coworking, accélération de projets, organisation d'événements professionnels et innovation.

Yaoundé, Elig-Essono (présentiel, temps plein). CDD évolutif vers un CDI. Disponibilité immédiate.

] Développement commercial :
- Veille quotidienne sur les appels d'offres et opportunités d'affaires.
- Prospection et identification de nouveaux prospects et partenaires.
- Suivi commercial et participation aux rendez-vous clients.
Réponse aux appels d'offres :
- Constitution des dossiers administratifs.
- Élaboration des offres techniques et financières.
- Rédaction de propositions commerciales et suivi des soumissions.
Marketing et communication :
- Participation à la conception de campagnes marketing.
- Suivi de la production des visuels avec le designer.
- Création de contenus (réseaux sociaux, articles pour le site web).
- Mise à jour du site web et veille concurrentielle.
Gestion de projets :
- Participation à l'organisation d'événements et aux tournages vidéo.
- Contribution à la mise en place des formations et suivi opérationnel des projets.

- Bac+2 minimum en Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Gestion ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Google Workspace et Canva.
- Bonne connaissance des réseaux sociaux et des outils d'emailing (Mailchimp, etc.).
- Compétences en rédaction professionnelle.
- La maîtrise des plateformes publicitaires (Meta Ads, Google Ads) est un atout.
- Une utilisation régulière des outils d'IA est fortement appréciée.
- Curiosité, rigueur, organisation, créativité, autonomie et esprit d'initiative.
