Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution. Certification in Customer Experience Management (e.g., CCXP) is an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a comparable customer-facing role, preferably in the Healthcare industry. A person of high integrity in their personal conduct and handling of sensitive data. Proficient in Microsoft Office and client feedback (Customer relationship management system).
