Responsabilités
Superviser et coordonner l'équipe de lavage automobile afin d'assurer une prestation efficace et de haute qualité. Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec la clientèle en traitant les demandes, les retours et les problèmes de service de manière professionnelle. Contrôler les opérations quotidiennes, en veillant à la propreté, au respect des normes et à l'achèvement des véhicules dans les délais.

Expérience préalable dans une entreprise de detailing automobile, de lavage ou de nettoyage professionnel. Solides compétences en leadership et en supervision d'équipe. Excellentes compétences en service client et en communication.

Anglais et luganda.
