Uwezo Microfinance Limited recrute un Sales Supervisor pour son agence de Kampala. Ce poste en CDI à temps plein relève du secteur bancaire et financier, avec une rémunération mensuelle comprise entre 500 000 et 1 000 000 de shillings ougandais.
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de diriger l'équipe commerciale, de développer des stratégies de vente efficaces et d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise. Il devra notamment acquérir de nouveaux clients, promouvoir les produits de prêt et autres services financiers, identifier de nouveaux marchés et partenariats, et suivre les performances commerciales au quotidien.
Il sera également chargé de gérer le pipeline de ventes, de la génération de leads jusqu'à l'intégration des clients et le décaissement des prêts, d'effectuer des visites terrain régulières et d'accompagner les agents commerciaux dans leurs démarches. Le maintien de relations solides avec les clients et les partenaires clés, ainsi que la collaboration avec les équipes de crédit et de recouvrement, seront essentiels pour assurer une croissance qualitative du portefeuille et des remboursements ponctuels.
Le superviseur analysera les performances, les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents, préparera des rapports précis pour la direction, organisera des campagnes de vente et des actions de sensibilisation communautaire. Il devra également identifier les écarts de performance, offrir une formation continue à l'équipe, garantir le respect des politiques internes et des réglementations, et promouvoir des pratiques de vente éthiques et un crédit responsable.
titulaire d'une licence, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (niveau intermédiaire), maîtrise de l'anglais, et disponibilité à temps plein de 8h à 17h.
