- 2 years in a similar position experience required (in the luxury hospitality industry is an asset)
Sense of welcome and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and availability (Shift morning or evening and public holidays). Fluent in english Proficiency in hotel management software, e.g. Opera, and basic computer skills (MS Office). Attention to detail and a job well done Rigor and efficiency Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowing how to work alone at night and knowing how to make the right decisions in the event of a problem Have a sense of welcome and service
