Objet: Offre d’emploi : KCC SA, entreprise minière de premier plan à Kolwezi, recrute un Ingénieur Blast expérimenté pour piloter l’optimisation du forage et du dynamitage. Type de Contrat:
Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire (Bac+5) en génie minier, géologie ou équivalent. Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en ingénierie de forage et dynamitage en mine à ciel ouvert de grande envergure. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des logiciels Deswik, ShotPlus, BlastIQ (ou équivalent) et suit Microsoft Office. Connaissance des systèmes QA/QC, gestion des explosifs, logiciels de simulation de tirs (BlastPlan, Aegis, WipFrag, Split-Desktop, FragTrack). Compétences personnelles : Leadership technique, engagement HSE exemplaire, orientation résultats, capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, excellentes communication et collaboration, sens de l’organisation et intégrité.

Expérience demandée : Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en forage et dynamitage dans un contexte minier à grande échelle. Instructions
