success appliance enterprise, a appliance wholesale-based company located in Accra, Greater Accra Region, is seeking a dedicated sales representative to focus on bulk-order sales of televisions, refrigerators, air-conditioners, and other household electric appliances. Your core work includes developing new dealers, maintaining long-term cooperative clients, and negotiating wholesale prices.
Job Summary
We are looking for a senior-level professional with a degree and at least 5 years of experience. The role is full-time, working hours from 8 to 5, and based in the Accra & Tema Region. The salary is GHS 4,800 - 5,300, negotiable, plus commission. The position falls under the Retail, Fashion & FMCG sector. English is required.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation tools. Research and understand the needs of potential clients to tailor sales pitches accordingly. Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and unique selling propositions. Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer concerns effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as a liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product/service offerings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression. Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement. Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant departments.
