We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets to increase company revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new individual and corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field marketing. Promote and sell the company's insurance products, including life, health, motor, travel, property, and business insurance. Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures clearly to clients. Prepare quotations, complete policy application forms, and facilitate policy issuance. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and general enquiries. Coordinate with the claims team to support clients throughout the claims process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, community outreach, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1 year+ experience. Location: Accra.
