This role offers valuable practical exposure to resilience design interventions, encompassing both large-scale projects and household-level solutions. Key duties encompass overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective measures to enhance productivity. Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate soil conservation techniques and water harvesting infrastructure, specifically micro-dams and bioswales. Oversee the execution of soil and water management structures, verifying strict compliance with design specifications and established quality benchmarks throughout the construction process. Offer expert technical support to project teams and contractors throughout the execution of activities. Facilitate the adoption of climate-smart and restorative agricultural practices to enhance productivity while reducing environmental harm. Develop tailored training content, materials, and resources designed to engage diverse audiences, including community members, staff, partners, and other key stakeholders. Routine site visits to field locations, block farms, and households are conducted to verify the quality and progress of activities, offering direct technical assistance when necessary.
