I.T Graduate Trainee
A&M Executive Cleaning Services is recruiting an I.T Graduate Trainee for its team based in Kampala, Uganda. This full-time permanent position (8h-17h) is open to candidates who are beginners or have less than one year of experience.
Job context: You will be responsible for first-line IT support within the organization, ensuring the maintenance of systems, networks, software, and office equipment, while providing prompt technical assistance and ensuring business continuity, as well as basic cybersecurity.
Main responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Create and manage user accounts, emails, and passwords.
Install software updates and antivirus solutions.
Perform regular data backups.
Maintain the IT asset register.
Coordinate repairs with external vendors.
Prepare monthly IT reports and improvement recommendations.
Support the company website and digital platforms if needed.
Desired profile:
Minimum degree: Bachelor (Bac+3) in an IT field or equivalent.
Beginner level accepted, no experience or less than one year.
Language: English required.
Skills in technical problem-solving, rigor, and organizational sense.
