- Gestion administrative rigoureuse des réservations (calendrier, facturation, reporting)
- Développement commercial et optimisation du taux d'occupation
- Animation de la communication digitale (réseaux sociaux, Airbnb, Booking.com)
- Suivi de la relation client, de la réservation au check-out

- Diplôme exigé : Bac +2 minimum
- Excellentes capacités de communication et sens commercial affirmé
- Maîtrise des outils marketing digital et création de contenu
- Rigueur administrative et sens de l'organisation
- Expérience en hôtellerie, conciergerie ou vente appréciée
