- 0 commentaires SOS Villages d’Enfants Togo recrute un(e) Assistant(e) Logistique et Passation de Marchés Résumé du poste Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur National Administration et Logistique, l’Assistant(e) Logistique et Passation de Marchés fournit un appui technique aux responsables du bureau national, aux responsables des unités de programmes et aux membres du personnel dans les domaines suivants : Services de recrutement, Logistique, Passation de marchés, Solutions RH, Gestion des achats, Gestion des voyages et des réunions. Principales attributions Logistique et gestion des actifs : Planifier, coordonner et optimiser l’utilisation des véhicules, assurer la gestion du parc automobile et de l'entretien des locaux. Passation de marchés : Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan annuel de passation des marchés et assurer le suivi des procédures. Achat et gestion des fournisseurs : Rechercher des offres, évaluer les fournisseurs et assurer la conformité des achats.
Gestion des voyages et des réunions : Organiser la logistique des missions et les réservations.
Formation / Diplômes
Formation : BAC+3 en logistique, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, Passation des marchés, Administration ou domaine connexe.
Expérience
Expérience : 3 ans dans la gestion logistique, de préférence dans une ONG.
