Présentation du poste
CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATION DU PROJET
Le projet « Renforcement de la rĂ©silience des populations vulnĂ©rables face aux changements climatiques par la gestion durable des ressources forestiĂšres » (TG02) se dĂ©roule de 2024 Ă 2027. Il est financĂ© par le Service forestier corĂ©en (KFS) de la RĂ©publique de CorĂ©e. Le GGGI met en Ćuvre ce projet en partenariat avec le ministĂšre togolais de lâEnvironnement, des Ressources forestiĂšres, de la Protection du littoral et du Changement climatique (MERFPCCC).
OBJECTIFS DE LA DEVOIR
Formation / DiplĂŽmes
Lâobjectif de cette mission est dâapporter un soutien dans lâexĂ©cution des tĂąches administratives nĂ©cessaires Ă la mise en Ćuvre du projet dans les rĂ©gions de Savanne, de Kara et du Centre au Togo. La personne retenue sera basĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion de Savanne, de Kara ou du Centre. Elle assurera un soutien quotidien aux activitĂ©s et processus du projet et participera aux Ă©changes avec les parties prenantes de la rĂ©gion afin de fournir des informations ou des clarifications sur les diffĂ©rentes Ă©tapes du processus.
ĂTENDUE DES TRAVAUX
Le consultant devra notamment fournir : Appuyer toutes les activitĂ©s de terrain du projet; soutenir la participation communautaire sur les sites de restauration paysagĂšre ciblĂ©s par le projet. Documentation et dossiers de projet bien organisĂ©s. Mises Ă jour rĂ©guliĂšres sur lâavancement du projet auprĂšs du chef de projet. Soutien Ă la mise en Ćuvre rĂ©ussie des activitĂ©s du projet telles que prĂ©vues. Appuyer la collaboration avec les institutions gouvernementales locales concernĂ©es. Appuyer les activitĂ©s sur le terrain, notamment les visites de sites et la collecte de donnĂ©es. Fournir un soutien administratif au chef de projet pour les opĂ©rations quotidiennes du projet. Appuyer la prĂ©paration des rapports dâĂ©tape semestriels, annuels et ponctuels.
