Home Fairy Technologies Limited, a company active in real estate and property management, is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Shortlet Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its shortlet apartment(s) in Lagos. This is a full-time position within the hospitality and hotel sector, offering a monthly salary in the range of NGN 70,000 to 150,000. The role is suitable for a mid-level professional with at least three years of experience and a degree qualification. English is the working language, and the schedule is full-time with rotating shifts.
As the Shortlet Property Manager, your responsibilities will include coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest enquiries and providing support throughout each stay, ensuring the apartment is properly cleaned and prepared before every check-in, coordinating cleaners, laundry, maintenance personnel, and other service providers, carrying out regular property inspections and reporting any damages or maintenance issues, ensuring amenities, utilities, and essential supplies are always available, monitoring the condition of furniture, appliances, and other items in the apartment, resolving guest complaints and operational issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of bookings, expenses, damages, repairs, and supplies, ensuring the property consistently meets our cleanliness and hospitality standards, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience managing shortlets, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality properties. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with being highly organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
