About Health Progress Hub

Health Progress Hub is looking for a Project Manager to support the expansion of campaigns in Francophone Africa. This position is open in partnership with Family Empowerment Media (FEM).

Job Context

Since the last recruitment of a program manager in 2025, proof-of-concept initiatives have been carried out in Togo and Benin. The new program manager will support expansion into Senegal and beyond. The Project Manager will dedicate approximately 50% of their time to management, training, and communication, and 50% to research analysis, content review, and campaign evaluation. Clear and efficient processes and tools are in place for the responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities

General Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain productive partnerships with local co-implementation partners, ensuring they feel comfortable sharing concerns or learnings.

  • Train and support co-implementation partners, manage budgets, timelines, and compliance.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with local/government stakeholders.Research and Learning:

  • Manage data collection.

  • Oversee quality assurance of transcriptions and translations.

  • Supervise qualitative data analysis and derive insights.

  • Learn from partners, especially regarding the target audience.Creative Development:

  • Lead the search for writers and production studios with partners.

  • Review and approve content messages based on audience data.

  • Coordinate content creation activities.Desired Profile
