Vous êtes diplômé en sciences et vous justifiez d'une expérience pratique en production d'eau ? Une entreprise reconnue recherche un Production Manager capable de diriger ses activités de production et de garantir la qualité, l'efficacité et le respect des délais de livraison.
Missions
Vous aurez pour responsabilité de gérer et superviser les activités quotidiennes de production ainsi que les membres de l'équipe. Vous veillerez à ce que les objectifs de production soient atteints de manière efficace et dans les délais. Vous maintiendrez les standards de BPF (GMP), de qualité, de sécurité et d'hygiène. Vous suivrez les matières premières, les équipements, les processus de production et les rendements. Vous identifierez et résoudrez rapidement les problèmes de production. Enfin, vous préparerez régulièrement des rapports de production à destination de la direction.

Le poste est ouvert aux candidats titulaires d'un HND en biochimie, microbiologie, chimie, génie chimique, chimie industrielle ou dans un domaine scientifique connexe. Une expérience pertinente d'au moins 2 ans en production est requise, de préférence dans un environnement de fabrication d'eau. Vous devez démontrer de solides compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en organisation. Une bonne connaissance des BPF et des processus de production est attendue. Vous devez également être capable de travailler sous pression et d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.
