We are looking for passionate and eager-to-learn Graduate Trainees to join our Broiler Farm team and build a strong foundation in poultry production and farm operations What you will learn and support: Support day-to-day broiler farm operations under supervision Participate in bird health monitoring, mortality recording, and reporting Support vaccination and medication programs Learn flock management practices, including feeding, watering, temperature, and litter management Support farm hygiene, biosecurity, and cleanliness standards Assist in monitoring farm equipment and reporting maintenance needs Participate in farm reporting, stock management, and operational planning Qualifications & Experience Management Degree/Diploma in Animal Health and Animal Production or Animal Science from a recognized institution Strong interest in poultry farming and broiler production Willingness to learn and work in a farm environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions A positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to grow Why Join Us?
