Present products or services to potential clients, offering detailed explanations to highlight their features and benefits. Propose pricing terms and finalize agreements to secure sales contracts. To consistently achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate and current customer information within the CRM system. Handle client inquiries and resolve any post-sale challenges promptly and professionally. Required Skills and Qualifications Obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline. Proficient in verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation techniques. Self-motivation and a strong commitment to achieving set objectives are essential for this role. Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, specifically office productivity suites and customer relationship management (CRM) software, is required. Required is prior experience in a sales or customer-facing service position.
