Forthsoft is looking for a high-performing Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive execution with speed, clarity, and accountability.

You will own end-to-end project delivery—translating business goals into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at high quality.

What You’ll Do:

Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple initiatives 

Break down complex ideas into clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones  

Lead cross-functional teams (tech, product, business) to deliver results 

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies —and resolve them fast. 

Maintain clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels 

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize delivery processes 

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment  

Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies  

Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills  

Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes  

Experience managing multiple projects without compromising quality 

Experience in telecom, tech, or payment gateway will be an added advantage
