An established Plastic manufacturing company located in Onitsha, Anambra State is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human capital management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR policy implementation in a structured industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.

Implement learning and development programs to support employee growth.

Maintain and update HR records, metrics, and reports.

Advise management on workforce planning, compensation, and benefits structures.

Foster a positive and productive work culture across all departments.

Requirements:

B.Sc. BA, or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in a well-structured company.

Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws

Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
