Nous recrutons un Assistant Ressources Humaines Chargé du Recrutement pour notre cabinet. Le poste est basé à Lomé-Adidogomé, avec une disponibilité immédiate. Vous reporterez à la Direction des Ressources Humaines.

Mettre en œuvre la politique de recrutement selon les orientations stratégiques de la structure et les objectifs de développement visés. Participer à l'élaboration de la politique de l'emploi de l'entreprise.
Principales tâches :
Identification des besoins, définition du profil de poste, rédaction des annonces, publication des offres. Réception et enregistrement des CV. Tri, présélection et organisation des sessions de recrutement. Organisation et convocation des sessions de formations des nouveaux. Accueil et intégration des nouveaux. Évaluation des agents en fin de contrat. Évaluation sur l'efficacité du recrutement. Gestion des entretiens de fin de contrat. Gestion administrative du personnel.
