** Le rôle est responsable du traitement rapide et précis des nouvelles affaires, de la souscription, de l'évaluation des rapports médicaux, de la préparation et de l'envoi des documents de police, du traitement des avenants et de la gestion des demandes des clients dans le périmètre de responsabilité assigné.

Traiter les demandes de nouvelles affaires avec précision et dans les délais convenus.
Évaluer les risques de souscription en examinant les demandes des clients, les documents KYC, les rapports médicaux et autres pièces justificatives pour garantir la conformité aux directives de souscription et aux exigences de l'entreprise.
Calculer avec précision les primes, les valeurs de rachat, les montants de prêt et les échéanciers de remboursement.
Préparer, émettre et envoyer les documents de police, certificats, avenants, polices libérées et autres documents relatifs aux polices dans les délais convenus.
S'assurer que les documents de police sont exacts, correctement rédigés et traités dans le système.
Assurer le suivi des exigences médicales en suspens pour faciliter l'émission rapide des polices.
Examiner et traiter les modifications de police, avenants, libérations, rachats et autres demandes de service, en veillant à ce que toutes les transactions soient entièrement étayées par la documentation requise.
Traiter rapidement les demandes, requêtes et réclamations des clients tout en offrant un excellent service client conformément aux normes de service convenues.
Soutenir la fidélisation des clients en engageant les clients souhaitant résilier leur police et en recommandant des solutions de rétention adaptées.
