Responsabilités
Dans le cadre de ses activités, une agence immobilière située à Vedoko, Cotonou recrute deux (02) Chargés de Recouvrement Terrain. ### Responsabilités principales
- Recouvrer les loyers auprès des locataires de son portefeuille.
- Assainir ce portefeuille.
- Présenter les rapports relatifs. ### Conditions requises
Formation / Diplômes
- Niveau de formation : BAC+2 minimum en gestion ou équivalent.
Expérience
- Expérience : Un an au moins à un poste similaire.
- Résider à : Cotonou ou Abomey Calavi.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Word, Excel et Internet.
