Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to our company’s style guides and visual identity. Collaboration: Participate in remote brainstorming sessions and design reviews with art directors, marketers, and project managers. Prepare rough drafts and successfully implement constructive feedback to refine final artwork. Format and prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring correct color profiles and resolution standards. Job Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience as a digital illustrator, graphic designer, or visual artist. A strong digital portfolio showcasing diverse illustration styles, character design, and visual storytelling. Advanced working knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate. Excellent time management, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines. Capacity to learn new aesthetics, adapt to different brand voices, and easily pivot during concept changes.
